Hi Charlie, The entry in Beaman's only says that that couple were mentioned in a will but that does not mean that it would be Nathan's will. It could be the will of an aunt, uncle, sib, etc. In Westerly the early numbering of the books is also confusing as it is in many towns. It's possible what you want is the TCP book since many probates often ended up in the TCP records in those days. I have been to Westerly once and as I recall it took me a while to figure out which book would actually have what I needed. Beaman's is a great resource but it would have helped if the name of the person whose will someone was mentioned in was given. Donna Potter
