FOWLER, b. 14 July 1809, in Putnam, NY; d. 9 Nov., 1887 in Hugenot, Orange County, NY. He married Millie Ann Lehmann, b. Nov. 1819 in Cairo, Greene Co., NY; d. 7 Feb. 1892 in Orange Co., NY. She was the daughter of John Layman and Nancy Peters. I am looking for the parents of this Charles W. Fowler. Charles and Mille had the following children: Mary Edna Fowler m. Charles H.
