Hope you're enjoying life out there in "sunny California." Thanks for getting back to me on LaVerne. I haven't seen JoAnn since my father's funeral 4 years ago. Although our family grew up in Pawcatuck, we rarely had much contact with our Mystic cousins when we were kids. However, I will say that JoAnn's mother, Aunt Helen O'Keefe Dugid, was my favorite O'Keefe aunt. She was a nice lady. She died young, from cancer I believe. Who was LaVerne's first wife? I assume she was your grandmother? Or was your grandmother the Lillian that LaVerne married after Aunt Helen died? Do you know LaVerne's parents names?
