Bill, Thanks for the note. Your book on Charlestown really has a wealth of information in it. I am glad I bought it. From the census of 1880 I found only one Sheldon Clark that might be the one that married Sarah Babcock (widow of Nathan Thompson) around 1840. This particular Sheldon Clarke was living in Sheffield (Berkshire Co) MA in 1880, was 79 years old, was born in CT as were both his parents, and was living with Amos (43) son, Caroline (56) daughter-in-law, and Jennie (15). Anybody got any information on this Sheldon Clark? Thanks for the help, Charlie King gg grandson of Joseph Loomer Thompson born 1821 someplace in CT On Tue, 25 Feb 2003 09:35:05 -0600 Bill Wright <wmewrght@hal-pc.org> writes: > Charlie, > > I searched my database for Sheldon Clark and had 55 hits. > Unfortunately, most of them were for a relative, Sheldon Clarke.
