Cost is $19.50 postpaid to US addresses. I don't know the answer to the Jabez D./John issue. I tried to find Jabez D and John and Jabez York Lewis in the 1880 census at familysearch.org. I could not find them. That leads me to suspect the accuracy of some of the information in your post. In my book I only traced your line down to the family of Zebulon's parents. Cook and especially the Ancestral File have errors. So use them with care. You are wise to ask for documentation. What is your documentation for the information provided in your query?
