    2. Hi, There were several churches in NK during that time. The First Baptist Church on Tower Hill Rd was formed in the 1700s. The Six Principle Baptist Church was also formed during that time. There was the Old Narragansett Church which later became St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wickford. These names are off the top of my head - there must be others but I am most familiar with those. The records of these churches are in one of the volumes of Arnold's Vital Records - I cannot remember exactly which one, but someone on the list probably knows. There is also an old book with the history of the Old Narragansett Church - that has some of the records as well. Good luck with your search, Donna
