I started having problems with it about 8 (EDT) last evening, beginning with the image server, and then the whole site. I tried many time to get on to no avail. Early this morning, still down. And then got about 15 minutes worth of searching census images and it failed again. Guess it's time to quit trying, and go do something else. But when you pay to have access, it should be better maintained! Florence
I agree-I have had serious trouble for weeks. I can usually get on but many of the databases don't work. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I am really fed up with paying for something that works only sporadically.
