    3. Does someone have access to the 1900 census index for Rhode Island. I am looking for information on a James Andrew, wife Hannah, children James, Clara, Herbert, Harry and ?????. I believe they are in Pawtucket, Lincoln or Saylesville. Thanks, Bob..
