    3. Hi Jeannine, I've had access to HeritageQuest through my local library for about a year. But, I found out through the library in the next town, which also offers it, that it is available to home computers .. for residents of the town only. I would guess that you can go to the library and access it there - no matter where you live. And, I'm told that several local libraries are adding www.ancestry.com to their computers - so that you can use that in the libraries.
