Capt. Peleg PECK's co., Col. George WILLIAM'S regt.; entered service Sept. 29, 1777; discharged Oct. 30, 1777; service, 1 mo. 1 day, under Maj. Gen. SPENCER on a secret expedition; company stationed at Tiverton, R. I." He married, 15 Nov 1753 in Warren, Bristol, RI: Elizabeth HARDING, d/o Benjamin and Hannah (Cole) HARDING I am very curious about his Revolutionary war record. I sent for his record and NARA claims there is no record of his service and yet I have found the above record in several places. Any help will be appreciated.
