Locast Grove Cemetery is under the care of North Burial Grounds on Branch Avenue in Providence, I had relatives visiting Rhode Island from Guam. My grandfather is also buried there, call North Burial Grounds, they will have someone accompany you there, but the books for Locust Grove at at North Burial Grounds.
