Hi Would anyone be researching the Surname of KELLIHER in Rhode Island? Regards Sandra
The web site contains the names from inscriptions on tombstones at most RI Cemeteries. St Francis RC (Pawtucket) is not included. _http://www.rootsweb.com/~rigenweb/cemetery/_ (http://www.rootsweb.com/~rigenweb/cemetery/) The code for Walnut Hill Cemetery is PW004. There are many Fisks and Fiskes in all the Pawtucket (Code PW) Cemeteries. I hope this helps. Paul McEnanly
Need help in locating info on the; Exeter R.I. Hist.Cem 49....pertaining to the Franklin Lot, some where in my search I found that the Franklins were moved to Conn. I was just thinking of posting a question. Where do you request wills in Providence? Nancy-Jo Nunez A genealogy enthusiast; researching Clinton, Gibbs, Weampee, Wampy, Wimpey, Walmesley/Wamsley/Womsley and Onsley in New England. Nancy, I don't know where you would write to obtain a copy, but NEHGS has the index to Providence Probate records online. If you would like me to look something up, I'd be glad to. Don Taylor

Many library systems subscribe to Heritage Quest. Simply go to your local library website. Click on the Heritage Quest database. A window will open that asks you to input your local library card number. Bingo, you've accessed the Heritage Quest site. Good luck. Thanks Bill, I know exactly where they are (the cemeteries). I lived about 1/2 mile from them as a kid. I use to go to Oak Grove when I walked home from downtown Pawtucket after the Saturday matinee. I know right where my grandparents are buried but not my great grandpa, Charles Morgan who died on 12 January 1929 in Pawtucket. I want to find out where he is buried and who is buried with him. He married a second time in Pawtucket (about 1919) to a woman named Elizabeth after his first wife died in Scotland. No one would ever tell me about him as his family didn't like the second wife (long story). Hello, John and Donna. Don't know if there's a connection, but I've been researching a John J. Donnelly, b. in Providence approx. 1839. He got a law degree, then joined the Civil War, and later became involved in Irish-American revolutionary activities. His wife died in 1866, and he never got over it ... eventually moving away to the Montana frontier. Is this a sibling/uncle of your folks? Kate From Jbedard@bedardphoto.com Subject: Donnelly Looking for anything on either of the following Donnelly families from late 1800's Providence County. Michael Donnelly (also seen spelled Donlan) wife ann. Patrick Donnelly, wife Agnes. Any and all help and or clues greatly appreciated, thanks!!

Hi Jeannine, I've had access to HeritageQuest through my local library for about a year. But, I found out through the library in the next town, which also offers it, that it is available to home computers .. for residents of the town only. I would guess that you can go to the library and access it there - no matter where you live. And, I'm told that several local libraries are adding www.ancestry.com to their computers - so that you can use that in the libraries.
