    1. [RIPROVID] Perry & Goff famiies of Pawtucket
    2. Debbye Lansing
    3. I've just started researching the Perry family. I have John Perry, b. 1801 in Ireland?, I think the census taker misheard Rhode Island and wrote Ireland, who married Cynthia Crocker, they in turn had a son John Edward Perry, b. 1846, who married Achsah W., they in turn had a daughter Fanny Estelle Perry, b. 1876, who married Francis Isaiah Goff in Pawtucket. If anyone has a connection to this family, I'd love to hear from you. Debbye

    3. Will Testators Indexes. (testators are ones who wrote wills, leaving inheritances to heirs or screwing them out of their inheritances.) Search engine is online. Wills that had been transcribed and posted on RW Message Boards and/or in USGenWeb Archives are hot-linked direct from the indexes for ease of navigation, but you must use "Back" button to get back to the SAMPUBCO site. Smithfield Township is located just south of Mendon, Worcester Co., MA in Providence Co., RI. Many early settlers crossed over from Mendon area. http://www.sampubco.com/ Rhode Island probate record system is set up different way from other states, including Connecticut. The records are kept at the township level rather than at the county level. Just follow the appropriate links to county. Providence County http://www.sampubco.com/wills/prov.htm The township records will be indexed in future, by township until done. SMI = Smithfield. That is the first township being indexed and included. W. David Samuelsen SAMPUBCO
