I am researching and looking for descendants of Jane Cory (born about 1680) daughter of William Cory and Mary Earle of Portsmouth. Jane first married a Francis or Thomas Chaplin, a son was born 1-160 Samuel. This can be found in VRRI Vol. 4 Pt. 1 pg 62. Samuel was born 16 Feb. 1703,4. Jane second married Richard Taylor, VRRI Vol 4, Pt 1, pg 101. Children to this marriage; 1-160 William b. 21 Oct. 1706 1-160 Peter b. 1 May 1708 1-160 Rebeckah b. 7 Oct 1710 1-160 Richard b. 7 Mar 1712,13 1-160 Benjamin b. 1 Mar. 1719,20 A note on this page declares Richard's wife was formerly wife of Thomas Chaplin.
