It just seems like somewhere there should be some info on James and Rebecca Cahoone Greene in some historical reference book. Are there any early maps of Rhode Island available? I do realize that many records were destroyed. I appreciate your looking into these matters for me. I hope to be able to do some reading on the early history of Rhode Island. Somehow the Greenes are connected with the Clarkes. There is a John Clarke who died in Newport in 1676. How's the weather up there. Cool I hope. Down here it is hot.
