If so there are lots of Riggs cousins in Arkansas and other places that would be delighted to be in contact with Lloyd's family. The parents of the Lloyd in my family tree are William Clifford Riggs and Edith Erie Standiford. I have very little infomation about Lloyd's siblings, except he may of had a sister Hazel Riggs, Mary Valley Riggs, and brothers Rosa Eugene Riggs and William Earl Riggs. There may of been others that I don't know of. Please contact me if this is the same Lloyd Riggs.
