The earliest Riggs I can trace back to is Leroy A. Riggs and his brother John Riggs who lived in Saline County Arkansas in 1860. Leroy moved to Pulaski County in 1870. It looks like both John and Leroy were born in Alabama with a possible 1821 birthdate for Leroy. Leroy was married to Nancy E. Sims in Alabama. They had the following children: Georgia aka Georgianna Nancy Martha Adaline Lucy Richard Leroy died in 1874
