I am searching for information on the Riggs family of New Bern, NC. I am the ggrandson of Maggie Riggs and Joel Dayberry. Maggie was from New Bern. Her sister is Rillie Riggs. She is buried at Cedar Grove Cememtery. Does anyone know of this family? thank you, Phil Sasser
