A Stephen Riggs came from MD into Washington Co Ky late 1700's as a boy and married on of my Riggs girls, Father from Accomack Co Va. No connection found with the two Riggs families. I have plenty of Williams, One from Accomack Co Va and others his descendants. I have no record of any of mine being in West Virginia nor North Carolina. Thanks David Harrison Riggs
