Va. Found two families on 1820 Scott Co. census that are possible links; but since there are no sibling names on census, hoping to find someone that would know. There is a John and William Riggs listed on the 1820 census; and thinking that one may be the father of the John mentioned above..... John happens to be the father of John M. Riggs.
