Wish I had some info on your Riggs, I know they are related to mine.Phoebe Riggs married Frazier Brindley, Frazier and his father were in Greene, Co, NC/TN about 1788.Were also in Jeff. Co Tn 1795. She was said to have a bro. named Clisby. There was a Jesse also on Hawkins Co land rec's with Frazier. Her Father is said to have been Dr. Asa Riggs.Helen Brindley
