Your Thomas Riggs, born in Dobson, Surry Co NC, is of interest to me although he can't be in my direct line. My ancestor Mahala Riggs was married in Surry Co. (most likely born there also.) Do you have any information on this Thomas Riggs' siblings? The time frame is right for a brother to have fathered my Mahala. This has been one of my brick walls, and I would dearly love to make a hole in it!
