    2. Does anyone havew any idea as to the date of birth the Jesse W. Riggs mentioned in the message below? I'm looking for my gr-gr-grandfather, Jesse Riggs, who appeared in Tuscarawas County, OH in 1827. Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.
