Hello, I am seeking any information on a Samuel Riggs born about 1796 I believe in KY or TN. He died in MO about 1842. His descendants may have moved on into OK and ARK. I don't have any information on some of his children, and only a little on a few others. One of his daughters married a Hutton, one of which married into our major Downing line of MO and OK.
