Hi Sue - I don't have a Sebrina Splawn but I do show a Moses Splawn marrying into the Riggs family (Moses married Anne Riggs, daughter of Thomas Riggs and Leah Hunt). Anne was born in 1809. I don't know if the name Moses means anything to you, but I thought I would mention it just in case. Diana
