PPS: I just found a Frank FRANCIS Riggs, the son of Jeremiah Riggs and Rachel Keller, who had moved on to Meigs County, Ohio before 1829. They also had another son, Elias K. Riggs. Another son, Alvin Perry Riggs, had a daughter, Augusta J. Riggs, a twist on John August Riggs. Steade Craigo
