I am researching my ggg grandmother Anna Riggs. I too, have seen the LDS Ancestral File of James and Rosanna. My ggg grandmother Harriet was one of James and Rosanna's daughters. Harriet had married William Kerby of Greene Co. PA. My other ggg grandmother Anna married Harvey George Sampson and was listed in the 1850 Greene Co. Pa Census. I was wondering if possibly Anna could be the Anna on the LDS file? Birth date is about right, and they(Harriet&William and Harvey&Anna) moved to the same county (Calhoun Co. WV) about the same time. Do you have any information about Anna? Or even Harriet? In the LDS file, it has Anna marrying a GRIMM. I don't know if she was married before she married my ggg grandfather Harvey.
