I can't always therefore guarantee a response by return, I'm afraid, especially if it involves researching my records to help answer it. However, as a member of the Guild of One-Name Studies, I observe their rule that all contacts should be responded to within a reasonable time - in your case it was 5 days from your original e-mail of 9th May and 3 from your "chaser" of 11th May.
