Sarah, Grace "Riggs": that may be her married name. But apparently she didn't marry your Charley then? I don't show a 'Grace' as yet but my records for 1800-1900 still have many holes. My g-grandfather, father of Charley, had ten sons and I haven't worked on finding all the spouse(s) names. So far I have been concentrating on the early settlers and trying to follow their many trails. It look like when the clan was around Illinois, in mid to late 1800's, they dispersed in several directions so I know this is where the hardest work is going to be. Many of these brothers married women from the Vandevender family. Charley's wife was Arvella (Valley) Vandevender. I'll keep my eye out for a 'Grace', Sarah ==== RIGGS Mailing List ==== *************************RIGGS ARCHIVE SEARCH************************** To search the archives: http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/listsearch.pl
