I have a record of a Noah Hill Riggs, born May 1837 in Ohio. He died December 12, 1911 in Centerville, Appanoosa County, Iowa. If my records are correct he married Catherine Elliot about 1863 in Jefferson County, Ohio. Noah was the son of Simeon Riggs and Harriett Cheney, and Simeon was the son of Aaron Riggs.
