Ontario, a small town north of Belleville, Ontario. Belleville is just over 100 miles east of Toronto, on the north shore of Lake Ontario. Wilson Albert Riggs was one of four children born to Hiram Riggs and Sarah Amanda Rose: Amy Loyden, born 1864. Wilson Albert, born 1866. Miles Herbert, born 1868. Frances Elizabeth, born 1870. I don't know if there is any connection between our two families. H.R.
