Leo, My Samuel Riggs was born in 1796, but I have no definite birth place for him. He died in 1842 Campbell County, KY. He married Sebrina Splawn born 1805 TN. They appear to have moved into MO for sure, and maybe OK later on. I took a look at some material on your Samuel. Wasn't he born in 1794?
