Actually this Riggs family did not all stay in PA. I am descended from Mahlon Riggs' sister, Eleanor Riggs. Several of their siblings moved on to Marshell County, WV. One brother, Jeremiah, moved westward to Ohio. Eleanor died and is buried in Indiana. Steade Craigo
