Riggs and Emma Dilbeck. They lived in Cleveland Co. OK for over 60 years. William E. Died in 1937, but Emma did not die until 1968 at the age of 98. They had at least 8 children: Pearl, William D., David N., Bern M., Clara M. Leona C. Alice. It is possible that Alice is a granddaughter.
