Mary, I also am trying to locate Riggs family in MO, Ok, or maybe ARK. That was a Charlie Riggs and a Grace Riggs who attended the funeral of my gr grandfather, Luther Edward Lewis in 1949 Grove, Deleware, OK. I think they are family, but since I don't know any Riggs of present day time, it is hard to be sure. My ancestor was Samuel Riggs born 1796, not sure where who married Sebrina Splawn. they had 12 children. One of their girls, Charity, or Chantz Riggs married our Thomas William Hutton. They lived in Neosho, KS. More may have followed them to KS, too. Do you recognize these names? I can send more detail and the names of the children if you like.
