Rhoda Casey was the wife of Thomas Riggs (1802). The ????? indicated a doubt. I recently wrote again looking for information on the parents and/or siblings of Thomas Riggs. No luck so far. We have the book "Chicosa Bill" compiled by Mary E. Riggs. It has over 600 pgs with numerous pages of pictures etc. but no reference to either Thomas or Jane's parents etc. If anyone has any information, I would be glad to exchange with what little we have.
