Hi Anyone here related to Riggs who lived in Saline & Pulaski County Arkansas? These would be Leroy Riggs who was born around 1821 in Alabama. He moved to Saline County Arkansas about 1860. Leroy also had a brother named John L. Born around 1830 who also lived in Saline county about the same time.
