In 1800 he married Mary Huey in Montgomery Co, Ohio. They had several children. In 1822 he drowned in the Miami River. John Summer Riggs born 1760 in Maryland to Edmund and Ruth Riggs was approx. the same age as the Ohio JSR. He drowned at approx. the same time. I'm looking for info. on either person that could prove them the same person or show that they couldn't be. Thanks, Pam
