Sue, I know there is a Riggs in Arkansas and some of my immediate cousins lived in Arkansas in the 40`s. My grandfather was John William Riggs born in Dyer County in 1874,in TN. My father was Billie Riggs b 1914. Arkansas. I don't know if you know of any of these. John Wm. married Beulah and they had a number of children in Arkansas. One was Kathleen Thurmond. One was Alfred who lived in Illinois. If any of these names are familiar I will search my papers for more information. Jewel
