This is our only connection so far, I think, to this line of Riggs Thomas and your Rebecca belong to. But there is a Nancy Riggs who married another Splawn of ours, who could be from that same line. Also I have a Samuel Riggs born 1796 probably KY or TN, who I have not found parents for yet. But he could be the son of a William Riggs, as Samuel witnessed a will written by a William Riggs, which was probated in 1828, Ray Co., MO. I am in the process of researching this now. So far, haven't found much. Sue
