One of Thomas' daughters, Anne, married a Splawn of our family line. So far that is all the connections we have with Thomas and family line. I have a Samuel Riggs born 1796 probably Ky or TN, but so far I can't find parents for him. His father could be a William Riggs, as Samuel was witness to a will written by a William Riggs, and probated in 1828, Ray Co., MO. I am in the process of researching this now. Haven't come up with much yet. But Samuel had a son named Azariah, and a kin lady sent me a census record of another Azariah Riggs which I found quite interesting. I think we are on to some connection here.
