RIGGS > my three Negro Slaves to wit Jerry, Francis & Jane under the following > terms and > conditions that is to say I am desirous to provide for my two grandsons > Samuel RIGGS and Jackson RIGGS children of my son Ellis (M.) RIGGS now > deceased. I have therefore Sold & delivered said three Negroes to my said > grandson W.H.
