Do you know if your Riggs ancesters came from TN? I have been looking for Dr Asa Riggs, father of Phoebe Riggs, born about 1769 in Tn, Phoebe Riggs married Frazier Brindley about 1793 or 94. Thier first child was born in Jefferson Co Tn in 1795, Then they moved to Franklin Co Ga. They came to Blount Co. Al, in 1819. Helen Brindley
