Surnames: Riggs, Spelman, Millspaugh, Phar Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/HSDBAIB/1218.3 Message Board Post: My Riggs line - Starr Benedict Riggs (1802-1892) migrated from the Derby, Connecticut area first to Geauga Co., Ohio (about 1828) then on to Boonville, Warrick Co., INdiana (1837-1838) to what was called the Western Reserve region for Connecticut (check history books). His family/children include: Andrew W., Frederick, Alfred, Samantha R. Phar, George and Ervin.(all born btw. 1827-1844). Some remained in Indiana a few generations and some (Alfred, Andrew) moved to Iowa around 1860. If any of this helps - please reply. Greg of Va.
