David H. Riggs, Do you think any of your Riggs would relate to a Samuel Riggs who married Sebrina Splawn in MO. She was born in Mo about 1806, I don't yet know where Samuel was born. I'm thinking he came out of TN to MO with the Splawn family. They were in Chariton, Jackson, Ray, Daviess, and lastly Grundy Counties, MO. There are some Riggs now in Delaware Co., MO, close to where more of my family live. I have talked to some of them, like Pearl Riggs Blevins, but we are not sure if they are really related to our Riggs.
