As far as I know I didn't have Riggs family in Alabama; but then I still have a lot to discover about my Riggs. Researching a Samuel Riggs born 1793/1796 maybe TN, and a William Riggs who died in 1828 Ray Co., MO, and left a will there. Still trying to find that will.
