I know nothing about the Riggs Family! All I know is that Ruth Jane Riggs married Oliver Groom and they had two sons named William Price and James Riley (James was my grandfather) I recieved Ruth's death certificate and she died about 5 months after giving birth to James. James was raised by his father and step mother and William I am told was raised by his mothers family. And they all came from Lawson MO. Ray County. Ruth's death certificate says that her mother was Sarah Odell and her father I realy can't read the name but found some information for William Riley Riggs and and Sarah Odell. I will take any information and help I can.
