James E. Riggs (their son) was my g-grandfather. John W. was born Oct. 1859 and Cora b. 1866. Census notes in 1900,1910,1920 says Cora was born in Ky. Marriage location is unknown.... I'm thinking Carter Co. but no proof yet. John W. was born and raised in Carter County, Ky. Looking for detail on Cora; birthplace, parents etc. I got Cora's maiden name from another sons social security application.
