I know of a Frances Riggs born Indiana about 1836, daughter of Isaac T. and Eleanor (Kilgore) Riggs. Apparently either Issac died or they divorced, as in 1840 & 1850, Frances is living with her mother, siblings Cyrus, and Eunice, and their mother's new husband, Horace Larkam (or Larkin) in Lauramie Twp, Tippecanoe Co., Indiana.
