She married James Ford in Frederick, Maryland in 1854. The online marriage info I found lists her as Mary Matilda Riggs. Old notes of my Dad's list her as Matilda (Poole) Riggs. James died in 1866 but I have no info about her remarrying. She had a son, George, born in Maryland in 1855 and another son, William, birth date and place unknown to me.
